At Muted Colors 365, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label (for eligible returns).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@mutedcolors365.com with your order number and the item you'd like in return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — no return shipping required on our end.
